Our most advanced transmission, the P&H swing, featured more than 20 iterative improvements, significantly enhancing its lifespan and its reliability. Each shovel gear complies with AGMA or DIN standards.

CAT 7495 Propel Gear Case

After bench testing our propel rebuilds under controlled conditions that are used in various mining applications, United Gear ensures it meets all requirements by applying improved geometry and material to the gearing.

CAT 7495 Hoist Gear Case

This transmission was complex and required a substantial rebuild. It demanded specialized knowledge and skill which United Gear demonstrated successfully. Similar to our advancements with the propel and swing transmissions, United Gear specialists enhanced gear geometry, upgraded materials, repaired housing bores, and performed input bearing upgrades and cover modifications.
