CAT 7495 Swing Gear Case

We performed rigorous testing and used real-world performance data to identify critical areas for improvement. This allowed us to develop innovative solutions to dramatically increase the reliability, efficiency, and overall performance of the swing mechanism.

  • Multiple geometry improvements were implemented, resulting in enhanced contact patterns and more efficient operational load distribution.

  • We identified and addressed key OEM transmission weaknesses, leading to exclusive upgrades that significantly improved performance and reliability.

  • All new gears featured case hardening strictly adhering to AGMA-recommended case-depth standards.

  • We upgraded all gearing using application-specific, high-performance materials optimized for durability and longevity.
